We have various techniques for producing prototypes, samples, and low-volume orders as listed below. We also have numerous MATERIALS readily available in-house, but please let us know if you have stock to provide. Whether you need a single one-time piece or there is potential for large-scale future production orders, we will work with you to determine the most cost-effective method to produce parts to your specification.
- MACHINING: The best option for low quantities of non-flat parts. Our machinists will fabricate to print, by any means necessary to achieve the tightest tolerances required
- WIRE EDM: Very high precision option; thin parts may be stacked to cut multiple at once
- STAMPING FIXTURES: Longest lead-times and most expensive tooling/setup costs, but offers consistent output of metal parts, best for larger quantities with lowest piece price
- LASERS: Consistent cuts, can be nested on a sheet to reduce scrap, jobs are easily repeatable
- STEEL RULE DIES: Great for high and low volume non-metal parts, especially if subsequent orders are anticipated
- WATERJET: Handles largest sheets with fastest lead time, but least precise
